Custom Dress Policy Agreement


Purchase Agreement and Policy Information 

 Congratulations, you are beginning the exciting process of having a custom gown made for you! In order to fully understand the process, policies, and what you can expect from me, as well as what I expect from you, please read the following carefully.

Consultation

We will communicate the idea that you envision for your dress or dresses. Please send all inspirational photos/ ideas via email or text. If you would like to make any changes, please indicate that in the email or text.

If you would like to schedule an in person consultation appointment, then a non-refundable fee is required before meeting. The fee is non- refundable. However, it will go towards the balance if you decide to book us.

 In -person consultation is NOT REQUIRED

LOCATION:

North Hollywood Office:  Fee: $100

 

BOOKING: 50% of total price is required to book. We only accept payments for custom orders via cash, cash app, Apple Pay , money order, western union and zelle. The balance of the dress and shipping is due when the dress is completed, and the dress will not be given to the client until full payment has been made.  

 MEASUREMENTS/ FITTINGS

LOCALS

Please provide us with your specific measurements for a perfect fit. If you live within 30 miles of Los Angeles and would like to schedule an appointment for measurements, then a $25 traveling fee is required before meeting. This service is NOT mandatory . You can go to a local bridal shop to get measured or we can set up a FaceTime appointment . You will just need a $3 measuring tape. All fittings will take place in the comfort of your own home. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. Please note: embellishments will be put on the dress after we conduct the first fittings. It’s almost impossible to make adjustments to the garment embellishments are covering the seams.  If for any reason you choose to go to take your custom garment to be modified or have alterations performed elsewhere, we will not be held accountable. You will be responsible for the cost.

 OUT OF STATE CLIENTS

If you need alterations done after receiving the dress, you have 7 days to return the dress for alterations.  We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. If for any reason you choose to go to take your custom garment to be modified or have alterations performed elsewhere, we will not be held accountable. You will be responsible for the cost.

 Changes: I realize that having a custom dress made is a sort of evolutionary process, and sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the design or construction in order to make it work. However, the earlier in the process these changes can be made the better, so if you are thinking that you would like to make a change, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can accommodate your request.  In most cases, if you let me know soon enough I can make minor changes at no additional charge. If there is a major change which requires the purchase of more material or additional labor, there may be extra charges which will be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are made. However, once the production process has started no changes can be made.

 Refunds: There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once you choose the style and place the deposit for this order. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you lose your deposit. We offer alterations if needed. However, if alterations are needed, you have 7 days to return the dress. There will be an additional fee if you loss or gained weight. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. ONLY ALTERATIONS

Please note: If we’re not the original designer , the dress will not be identical to the inspirational photos. I recommend going to the original designer if you want the dress to look exactly like the inspirational photos.
