Custom / Made to Order Purchase Agreement and Policy Information

BOOKING: If your item is over $499 and you do not wish to pay the full price today , then 50% of total price is required to book. We only accept payments for custom orders via cash app and zelle. You will receive an invoice via email to complete your purchase. The balance of the dress and shipping is due when the item is completed. The custom piece will not be given to the client until full payment has been made. We do not send photos during construction of the garment because unfinished garments will confuse clients and it interferes with the process. We will send images once it’s completed. Thank you
Please provide us with your specific measurements for a better fit. You can go to a local bridal shop to get measured or we can set up a FaceTime appointment. If you need alterations done after receiving the dress, you have 7 days to return the dress for alterations. All shipping cost must be paid by the client. You must order at least 3 months prior to your event date for alterations. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. If for any reason you choose to take your custom garment to be modified or have alterations performed elsewhere, we will not be held accountable. You will be responsible for the cost.
Changes: I realize that having a custom dress made is a sort of evolutionary process, and sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the design or construction in order to make it work. However, the earlier in the process these changes can be made the better, so if you are thinking that you would like to make a change, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can accommodate your request. In most cases, if you let me know soon enough I can make minor changes at no additional charge. If there is a major change which requires the purchase of more material or additional labor, there may be extra charges which will be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are made. However, once the production process has started no changes can be made.
Refunds: There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once you choose the style and place the deposit for this order. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you lose your deposit. We offer alterations if needed. However, if alterations are needed, you have 7 days to return the dress. There will be an additional fee if you loss or gained weight.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS. ONLY ALTERATIONS
If we’re not the original designer , the dress will not be identical to the inspirational photos. I recommend going to the original designer if you want the dress to look exactly like the inspirational photos.
You must place an order at least 2-3 months prior to your event date, even if you’re interested in any of our designs. All dresses on our website are made to order. Late bookings will receive their dress 1 month prior to their prom date and in some cases 2 weeks - 7 days prior. Contact us for the turnaround time
