Q: Where are you located ?

A: We’re located in Los Angeles but based online. Yes, we accept out of state clients.

In-person consultations and fittings can take place in the comfort of your own home or an office near you only if you live within 50 miles of Los Angeles . Fees may apply . Please view our “ step by step “ page for more information .  In person fitting is NOT required . You can send measurements in. 

 

Q: I’m indecisive about the dress I want . Can I still reserve my spot ? 

A: Yes. However , please keep in mind that custom dresses start at $680 . If that’s not within your budget , please do not reserve a spot. 

Q: How much are your custom dresses? 

A: Custom dresses starting at $680 and up, fabric included. 

 

Q: Can I place an order if I live out of state ? 

A:Yes, we ship worldwide.  There are 2 ways we conduct fittings for out of state clients . 

1. You can go to a local bridal shop to get measured . 

2. You can have a friend or family member take your measurements . Please refer to our measuring page for instructions . 

3. We can set up a FaceTime appointment . You will need measuring tape . You can purchase measuring tape for $3 at Walmart , Joanns , and Michaels. 

 

Q: How do I properly inquire about a custom dress ? 

A: Once you've decided on the design, please contact us via email or text. Please include

• Your name 

• City / State 

• Inspirational pictures/ideas of the dress. If you would like to make any changes to the dress, please indicate that in the email or text. Our contact information is down below

• Prom month 

Q: How do I reserve a spot ? 

A: Contact is via email or text for a quote. If you would like to proceed with the order, then a deposit is required to book.  All payment must be made in cash form . We accept cash app, Apple Pay, MoneyGram, western union , and Walmart to Walmart . 

Q: How do you go about measurements for out of state clients ?

A : Yes , prices may vary  

 

Q: When is the last day to pay the deposit ? 

A: prom season is the busiest time for us.  It’s best to pay asap for a guaranteed spot . Spots are limited . There’s no deadline . We stop taking orders after we’re booked even if we discussed your dress . We DO NOT take last minute orders . All orders must be placed in advance. 

 

Q: I’m in the process of losing or gaining weight. When should I place an order?

A: You must reserve a spot in advance for a guaranteed spot .  Most of our dresses are made with stretchy material . The dress will still fit perfect if you gain or lose up to 10 pounds . Also , we can start on your dress 2 months prior to your prom if requested .
