Please Note: We are not a custom boutique. All designs are available as pre-orders, and virtual consultations are not required. Dresses are produced in sizes XS–3XL. If alterations are needed after delivery, we kindly recommend visiting a local alterations shop, as this service is not offered by us. We do not offer pickup options; all orders are shipped.
We ship only. No pick ups
You must place an order in advance. Most dresses on our website are made to order. Due to high demand, you must book at least 3 -4 months prior to your prom.
Made to Order/ Pre- Order Dresses
This season, we're focusing on offering beautiful sequin / rhinestone prom dresses at an affordable price for all our prom girls.
We invite you to browse our available selection in the Prom Dress / Gown category on our website. This option is for the prom girlies who want to shine bright without breaking the bank. You must place an order at least 3-4 months before your prom date. If you would like to make changes to any minor changes to our dresses, please contact us before booking to ensure we can accommodate you.
Payment
If you would like to pay full price today, please place an order online. You must select "sezzle" at checkout. You can also pay using cash app or Apple Pay. We DO NOT accept PayPal for prom orders. PayPal does not support our extended production time for prom dresses. You will be refunded if you checkout with PayPal.
If you would like to make payments or make minor changes to the dress, please contact us via email or text first. Please include the following.
- Name
- Prom date
- Screenshot of dress you're interested in and modifications if any
Here's the Step by Step Process when booking with a deposit
Step 1: Contact us via text or email

Step 2: Pay Deposit
If you do not wish to pay the full price today, then a deposit is required. The deposit is 50% of the total price (unless there’s a deal) and it is deducted from the total price . All payments go towards the balance and are non- refundable.
You will receive an invoice from our website to make a payment. You must select cash app or Apple Pay at checkout to make payments. If you would like to pay with a debit card, then you can checkout with "Sezzle". It works like Klarna , After pay, and Zip pay. Sezzle have their own payment plan that they offer.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel for ANY reason you lose your deposit.
Step 3: Measurements
The dresses listed on our website cannot be made to exact custom measurements, as they are produced using pre-made patterns ranging from XXS to XXXL. This approach allows us to maintain affordability. However, you are welcome to send us your measurements, and we will gladly assist you in selecting the best size for your fit. You can take your own measurements or go to a local bridal shop. If you need assistance, I can send a pre- recorded video of me demonstrating how to take measurements properly.
Consultations
Unfortunately, we do not offer virtual meetings or phone consultations. We are not a custom boutique and Meraki by Sherry is not structured to accommodate these services.
If you need assistance selecting the correct size, please refer to our size chart. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us via email. We will send you a video demonstrating how to properly take your measurements.
Once you provide your bust, waist, and hip measurements, we will be happy to recommend the size that is most likely to provide the best fit.
We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist you through email or messaging with any questions you may have.
Alterations
Upon delivery, if you decide to have your dress altered for a different or more customized fit, you will be responsible for all alteration costs.
To ensure ample time for delivery and any necessary alterations, we strongly recommend ordering your dress at least 4 months in advance as production time is up to 10 weeks and paying your remaining balance at least 1 month before your prom to allow time for any necessary alterations. We do not provide alteration services.
Step 4: Production
Once we receive the deposit, we will begin the production. Once production has begun, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.
Step 5: Shipment
Once the dress is completed it will ship. Once you approve the dress, we will ship the dress. Balance must be satisfied before shipment. No exceptions . We will provide a tracking number once your order ships.
Updates
Prom season is our busiest time of the year. As a small business, we are managing multiple orders and responsibilities at once. For this reason, we are unable to provide progress updates throughout the production process.
We operate like a traditional online retailer, with the exception of a longer production timeline due to the custom nature of our dresses.

We will reach out to you if:

You are making installment payments and a payment is due to start production

We need clarification regarding your measurements, size, color selection, or other order details.

If you are paying in installments, we will contact you when your dress is finished and ready to ship so you can submit your final payment before shipment.
Otherwise, the next communication you will receive from us will be when your dress has been completed and is ready to ship, at which time we will provide your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
IMPORTANT
Please note that some of our dresses feature glitter, rhinestones, and feathers. Glitter- or feathered fabrics may shed; this is normal and unavoidable. Although glitter shedding is normal it may appear excessive to some. If shedding is a concern, we recommend not ordering items thats made with glittery materials.
Additionally, a small number of rhinestones may loosen during transit or after arrival, as they are very diligent. If this occurs, we recommend using E6000 glue to securely reattach them and allowing at least 3 hours of drying time before handling.
While we take care in crafting each piece, these issues cannot always be prevented. If this is a concern, please refrain from ordering dresses with rhinestones. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
REFUND/ EXCHANGES
All pieces are made one by one, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and style request. Some dresses are made to order. Therefore ; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We DO NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. We are not responsible for wrong sizes. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. For this reason , please order in advance. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.
Cancelled Event
In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, the balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Meraki by Sherry and can be immediately sold for profit.
