Please carefully review our policies before placing an order. 

 


 

Our products are handmade with love and care, so most items are final sale. Eligible in-stock dresses may be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may submit a return request within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Once approved, you will receive store credit.

Items that are final sale include prom-dresses, pre-orders, custom orders, and made-to-order dresses, which are non-refundable and non-cancelable once any payment is submitted. After payment is made, funds are immediately applied toward production costs, including purchasing fabric and paying outside vendors. Because of this, stopping production or vendor payments is not possible. If an order is canceled for any reason, all deposits and payments are forfeited. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, so customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for canceled events. In the event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the remaining balance. If you choose not to complete the final payment, all payments made will be forfeited. The dress will then become the property of Meraki by Sherry and may be resold. If you are dissatisfied with your dress, you must contact us directly so we can attempt to assist you. We do not offer alterations. For any sizing or fit adjustments, you will need to visit a local seamstress or tailor.

 

We retain extensive documentation for every order, including quality control videos and photos, communication, and delivery confirmation.

If there is an issue with your dress, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the item as delivered.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.If there is an issue with your dress upon opening the package, you must contact us immediately and provide photos and videos of the issue. We will compare them with the photos and videos taken during our quality control inspection before shipment. If both records confirm the same defect, you may return the dress for repair, a remake, or store credit. 

We can repair an item if it arrives with a defect straight out of the box. However, we do not offer alterations. For any sizing or fit adjustments, you will need to visit a local seamstress or tailor.

If you need a dress by a certain date , please order in a timely manner to ensure it arrives on time or contact us before placing your order; otherwise, we will ship your order according to the timeframe provided online. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, changing the turnaround time is not possible. 

 

Store Credit

 

We only offer store credit for eligible in-stock dresses. Prom dresses and holiday dresses are final sale and are not eligible for store credit, even if they are in-stock items.

We have a 7-day return policy for eligible in stock dresses , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for store credit that doesn't expire unless you use it. If 7 days have passed since you received the package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Submit photos of the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange via email to info@merakibysherry.shop

We will process your request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a stable condition or are damaged. 

Please Note

  • Please remember to keep tracking information for your return. To ensure a smooth return process and the security of both customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • We are unable to provide shipping labels

The return address will be provided if your return request is approved

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must first request a return. If your return is approved, you may send the item back to us. Once we receive the item and it passes inspection, store credit will be issued, which you can use to purchase a new item. Please refer to the Store Credit Section


Faulty Items

 

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty, please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

If you receive a faulty item, our responsibility is limited to replacing the item with a new one or repairing it. Alternatively, if you prefer not to receive a replacement, we can issue store credit for the same value. Faults include issues such as holes, unsewn seams, or damaged sections.

 

Lost Items

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Once the package is in the possession of USPS or FedEx, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. Please use your tracking number to monitor its progress.

In the rare event that a package is lost, stolen, or delayed while in USPS or FedEx custody, Meraki by Sherry is not held responsible. For assistance, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Disclaimer 

 

Please note that some of our dresses feature glitter, rhinestones, and feathers. Glitter- or feathered fabrics may shed; this is normal and unavoidable. If shedding is a concern, we recommend not ordering items with these materials.

Additionally, a small number of rhinestones may loosen during transit or after arrival, as they are very diligent. If this occurs, we recommend using E6000 glue to securely reattach them and allowing at least 3 hours of drying time before handling.

While we take care in crafting each piece, these issues cannot always be prevented. If this is a concern, please refrain from ordering dresses with rhinestones. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
