REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Meraki by Sherry is a customized boutique. All pieces are made one by one, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and color request. Therefore ; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We DO NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. We offer alterations for gowns only. However, if alterations are needed, you have 7 days to return the dress. There will be an additional fee if you loss or gained weight. We are not responsible for wrong sizes. In a rare event that you do not receive the dress within the estimated timeframe , you can request a refund only if you receive it a day after your event or photoshoot. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING FEES. If you order during prom season , please place an order at least 3 months prior to your event to receive it weeks before. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. For this reason , please order in advance .
Please note :
Minimal shedding in feathers is normal due to feathers being cut. Shake well after unboxing. Feathers are Premade and some areas may be fuller than others. This is very rare but it does happen . Please contact us if you would like to add another layer. ( additional $85)
Rhinestone dresses are very delicate. It’s normal for a stone or two to fall out just like store bought items that contain rhinestones . In a rare event this happens , please simply glue it back with e6000 glue.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ( if you’re experiencing minor issues , please contact us). We will fix the item for you.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. If you cancel your order after production, you lose your deposit along with any payments made. If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, you lose your deposit.
If your order is less than $400, then you must pay the full price to book us. If your order is more than $400 and you do not wish to pay the full price today, then a deposit is required. The deposit is 50% of the total price and it is deducted from the total price. YOUR BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPMENT OR DELIVERY.
I realize that having a custom dress made is a sort of evolutionary process, and sometimes it may be necessary to make changes to the design or construction in order to make it work. However, the earlier in the process these changes can be made the better, so if you are thinking that you would like to make a change, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can accommodate your request. In most cases, if you let me know soon enough I can make minor changes at no additional charge. If there is a major change which requires the purchase of more material or additional labor, there may be extra charges which will be agreed upon by both parties before the changes are made. However, once the production process has started no changes can be made.

Knee Length Dress
Please allow 3-14 business days for production time.
Production time for gowns is 14 - 30, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with concerns.
Prom Season / Prom Gowns ( October - June )
Production time for gowns during prom season is 3- 4 months, the exact details can be discussed prior to ordering. Email email@example.com with concerns. YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR TEXT TO BOOK A SPOT FOR PROM. SPOTS ARE LIMITED.
If you need an item sooner, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this is possible BEFORE placing your order, as you cannot cancel an order once we have begun the process. If you cancel anytime during the process, you lose your deposit/payments.
After Processing time, Standard shipping is 3-4 business days or an Overnight option is also available upon request. Once the item ships, you will receive a tracking number to track your item. In the rare event that the item is lost or stolen in the shipping process, Meraki by Sherry is not held responsible. However All Shipping rates will include full insurance on your package, so it can be used to be refunded your total amount.
Account must be satisfied prior to shipping or this will delay the Shipping process.
In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, the balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Meraki by Sherry and can be immediately sold for profit. (If a payment arrangement is needed please keep in contact with us)
WE WILL STORE DRESSES NO LONGER THEN 2 WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETION. AFTER THE 2 WEEKS A FEE OF $5 PER DAY WILL BE ADDED. AS WE CANNOT STORE DRESSES FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. IF LONGER THEN 4 WEEKS, ITEM BECOMES PROPERTY OF MERAKI BY SHERRY AND CAN BE IMMEDIATELY SOLD FOR PROFIT TO FULFILL YOUR ACCOUNT.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
