You must place an order in advance. Most dresses on our website are made to order. Ordering materials from vendors is a process , so please book at least 2 -3 months prior to your prom.

Step 1: Inquire
Once you've decided on the design, please contact us via email or text. All prices are listed online. Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom prom dress orders at this time. This season, we're focusing on offering beautiful rhinestone prom dresses at an affordable price for all our prom girls.
We invite you to browse our available selection in the Prom Dress category on our website.
The only customization we currently offer is color change on select styles.

If the price is outside your budget, please let us know . We’re happy to help you find a dress that fits your style and price range.
Step 2: Book Us
If you do not wish to pay the full price today, then a deposit is required. The deposit is approximately $200- $350 and it is deducted from the total price. All payments are non- refundable
You will receive an invoice from our website to make a payment. You must select cash app or sezzle as form of payment for prom dresses.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Step 3: Measurements
Please provide us with your specific measurements at least 3 months prior to your event. You can take your own measurements or go to a local bridal shop. If you need assistance, we can set up a FaceTime appointment or you can visit our measuring page. Virtual appointments ONLY. Please note: Even with your exact measurements, alterations may still be needed depending on your preferred fit.All dresses will be shipped.

REFUND/ EXCHANGES
All pieces are made one by one, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and style request. Some dresses are made to order. Therefore ; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We DO NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. We are not responsible for wrong sizes. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. For this reason , please order in advance. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.
Changes
Unfortunately, no custom changes can be made to the prom dresses listed. The only modification available is a color change.

Cancelled Event
In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, the balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Meraki by Sherry and can be immediately sold for profit.

EARLY BIRDS ( September 1 - November 30 )
RESERVE YOUR SPOT WITH OUR 3 PAYMENT PLAN DEAL
Since you’re an early bird, you have the option to take advantage of our 3 payment plan deal. The first payment is a reservation fee of $150 . This will hold your spot for prom. This option is perfect for clients who’s not set on a design or who’s ready to get started! All payments will go towards the balance.
The second payment/ deposit is due at least 3-4 months prior to your prom . You must know the design you want before making the second payment. The deposit / second payment is 50% of the remaining balance. Once we receive the second payment/ deposit we will begin the process and the making of your dress. After we receive the second payment, you’ll receive your dress within 1-2 months, depending on style and fabric choice.
The final payment of the remaining balance is due before shipment. All payments are non-refundable, including the reservation fee. If for any reason you choose to cancel, you lose your deposit / payment(s). Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. Payments can not be transferable to another person or event.
