In Stock Dresses

 

In-stock short dresses take up to 3 business days to process. In-stock prom dresses and gowns take up to 7 business days to process.

These processing times apply even if express shipping is selected at checkout.

 

Prom, Pre-Order, Custom, and Made to Order Dresses

 

Prom, pre-order, custom, and made-to-order dresses all have longer production times. Please review each listing for specific details.

We do not offer rush orders, so please ensure you select a dress with enough time to meet your needs. 

If you need a dress by a specific date, please order early or contact us before placing your order. Otherwise, your order will be processed and shipped according to the listed timeframe. Once an order is placed, the turnaround time cannot be changed.

Delivery Information

 

We strive to provide excellent service and deliver your items on time. However, once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather, holidays, or any other shipping-related delays.

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly for updates or assistance. Refunds will not be issued for delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Customs Charges 

 

The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Meraki by Sherry is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

 

Worldwide Shipping

 

We ship worldwide! All our shipping prices are in US Dollars (USD). Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays. 

Additional Information 

 

If you need a dress by a certain date , please order in a timely manner to ensure it arrives on time or contact us before placing your order; otherwise, we will ship your order according to the timeframe provided online. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, changing the turnaround time is not possible.  

How to cancel my order?

 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made within this timeframe will be processed immediately.
