We have a 7-day return policy for eligible in stock dresses , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for store credit that doesn't expire unless you use it. If 7 days have passed since you received the package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return. Excludes prom dresses, gowns, and , Finale Sale Items whether currently or previously in stock.

Please note that some of our dresses feature glitter, rhinestones, and feathers. Glitter- or feathered fabrics may shed; this is normal and unavoidable. If shedding is a concern, we recommend not ordering items with these materials.
Additionally, a small number of rhinestones may loosen during transit or after arrival, as they are very diligent. If this occurs, we recommend using E6000 glue to securely reattach them and allowing at least 3 hours of drying time before handling.
While we take care in crafting each piece, these issues cannot always be prevented. If this is a concern, please refrain from ordering dresses with rhinestones. Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for these reasons.

Prom Season: October 1 - June 1 the production time is 12 weeks
June 2 - September 30th the production time is 6 weeks

Pre-Order and Made-to-Order items are custom or specially sourced products and are considered final sale. These orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or materials have been purchased.
If you choose to cancel a Pre-Order or Made-to-Order item after this point and there is an outstanding balance, any deposit or payments already made will be forfeited. No refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be issued for Pre-Order or Made-to-Order items, as they are final sale.
