Information For Custom Dresses

You must place an order in advance. Most dresses on our website are made to order. Due to high demand, you must book at least 4 months prior to your prom.
Prom Booking & Order Deadlines
To ensure availability, please book or place your order by the following deadlines:
- March 2027 Prom Deadline ~ November 28, 2026
- April 2027 Prom Deadline ~ December 28, 2026
- May 2027 Prom Deadline ~ January 28, 2027
- June 2027 Prom Deadline ~ February 28, 2027
Please note: Availability is limited. Once we reach our booking capacity for a particular month, we will no longer accept additional orders for that month. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your spot.

Step 2: Pay Deposit
If you do not wish to pay the full price today, then a deposit is required. The deposit is 20%- 50% of the total price depending on the dress and when you place an order and it is deducted from the total price . All payments go towards the balance and are non- refundable.
You will receive an invoice from our website to make a payment. You must select cash app or Apple Pay at checkout to make payments. We only accept cash app and apple pay for custom dresses
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide to cancel for ANY reason you lose your deposit/payments
Step 3: Measurements
Option 1 : You can take your own measurements or go to a local bridal shop. If you need assistance, I can send a pre- recorded video of me demonstrating how to take measurements properly.
Option 2: We can schedule a virtual fitting for you, which will be considered a consultation and require a $50 fee. If you decide to move forward with booking your dress, the $50 consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of making your dress. Please note that all consultation fees are non-refundable.
Consultations
If you would like to discuss your dress design and details virtually or over the phone, a $50 consultation fee is required. If you decide to move forward with booking your dress, the $50 fee will be applied toward your dress balance. Please note that all consultation fees are non-refundable.
Alterations
Upon delivery, if you decide to have your dress altered for a different or more customized fit, you will be responsible for all alteration costs.
To ensure ample time for delivery and any necessary alterations, we strongly recommend ordering your dress at least 4 months in advance as production time is up to 12 weeks and paying your remaining balance at least 1 month before your prom to allow time for any necessary alterations. We do not provide alteration services. However, we typically do not have customers who require alterations, as our dresses are made according to the measurements provided.
Step 4: Production
Once we receive at least 50% of the deposit, we will begin the production. Once production has begun, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure everything is accurate.
Step 5: Shipment
Once your dress is completed, we will send you photos for your review and approval. Once you approve the finished dress, we will proceed with shipping. Please note that the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment. No exceptions. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Updates
Prom season is our busiest time of the year. As a small business, we are managing multiple orders and responsibilities at once. For this reason, we do not provide progress photos during production. Your dress will be made according to the design details, specifications, and fabrics discussed and agreed upon during your consultation. Once the dress is fully completed, we will send you photos and videos for your review and approval. Once approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before shipment. No exceptions. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

REFUND/ EXCHANGES
All pieces are made one by one, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and style request. Some dresses are made to order. Therefore ; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. We DO NOT offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. We are not responsible for wrong sizes. When ordering, please be advised that in some cases minor alterations should be expected. For this reason , please order in advance. Client is responsible for all shipping fees.
Cancelled Event
In the unfortunate event that your event is canceled, you are still responsible for the full total of the dress which should be paid no later then the Date of the event as recorded in our records. If the date is postponed, the balance will still be due by the original date provided. If the account isn't satisfied by then, the dress becomes property of Meraki by Sherry and can be immediately sold for profit or donated.
