Return ( Store Credit Only)

We have a 7-day return policy , which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for store credit that doesn't expire unless you use it. If 7 days have passed since you received the package, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange. 

Final Sale Items

 All undergarments are final sale and not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons

 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you wish to initiate an exchange or return, contact us once your order has been delivered.
  • Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, all payments are applied to the making of your dress including securing the fabric from outside vendors and stopping payments already made to vendors is not possible. We are not able to assume financial responsibility for changes in your personal situation. We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight loss, weight gain or pregnancy. We are not responsible for wrong sizes.
  • 15% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items before credit is issued
  • 15% restocking fee will be applied to any orders rejected upon delivery including shipping charges before store credit is issued. This also applies to orders returned for any reason, including address issues. Please be aware that orders are shipped to the address provided during the ordering process.
  • Shipping fee for any rejected returns is the customer's responsibility.
  • Orders CANNOT be cancelled or returned due to your event being cancelled or rescheduled
  • Store credit will be issued for any orders returned back to us by the post office for any reason
  • We do not issue refunds for choosing  the incorrect size. Store credit only 
  • Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customer will receive store credit
  • All our items go through quality control prior to shipping, therefore customers are responsible for any damages they make on their own clothing
  • Meraki by Sherry is not responsible for shipping , reshipping, or return fees
  • Meraki by Sherry is also NOT responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.
  • Meraki by Sherry is not responsible for damaged items in the mail. Please reach out to USPS
  • Meraki by Sherry is not responsible for lost or stolen items . Please reach out to USPS
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if goods are not returned in a stable condition or are damaged. 
  • Cancellation request for unique situations must be made within 1 hour of order placement

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Submit photos of the item(s) you wish to return/ exchange via email to info@merakibysherry.shop

We will process your request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions. 

While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for store credit that doesn't expire unless you use it. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware that items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable. We must be notified of any issues or damages within 48 hours from the delivery date.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Please remember to keep tracking information for your return. To ensure a smooth return process and the security of both customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • We are unable to provide shipping labels

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified via email of any issues or damages within 48 hours from the delivery date. If you receive a faulty item, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new one. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the item reshipped, we can provide a gift card of the same value.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom orders or sizes ), and undergarments (such as bras, underwear, nipple cover products). Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

There are no direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the gift card. Customers will be able to use their store credit (gift card ) to make their exchange or make a different purchase as they wish.

We film our quality inspections to confirm that there are no rips, tears, or missing rhinestones. We are not responsible for damaged items in the mail. 

If you need a dress by a certain date , please order in a timely manner to ensure it arrives on time or contact us before placing your order; otherwise, we will ship your order according to the timeframe provided online. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, changing the turnaround time is not possible. 


You can receive a refund only if your item is sent out after the listed production or turnaround time mentioned in each listing. If you need a dress by a certain date , please order in a timely manner to ensure it arrives on time. If you require a dress by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order; otherwise, we will ship your order according to the timeframe provided online. Heels

Refunds accepted. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor or fragrance. You have 7 business days to return the item. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

Once the item ships, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please check the spam folder. Once the package is in USPS or FED EX possession we are no longer responsible for the package. Please use the tracking number to track your package . In the rare event that the item is lost ,stolen ,or delayed while in USPS or FEDEX possession , Meraki by Sherry is not held responsible. Please contact the shipping service for assistance. 

Minimal shedding in feathers is normal  due to feathers being cut. Shake well after unboxing. Feathers are Premade and some areas may be fuller than others. This is very rare but it does happen . Please contact us if you would like to add another layer. ( additional $85) 

We film our quality inspections to confirm that there are no rips, tears, or missing rhinestones.  In a rare event rhinestones may come loose during transit because of the movement and because rhinestone are just very diligent. This outcome is common among dresses or any clothing or shoes that have a lot of rhinestones. Unfortunately, it’s something companies can’t control. In a rare event like his happens, you can easily bond it using e6000 glue. Please do not order a rhinestone dress if this is an issue for you. 

Custom Orders

If you’re interested in a custom dress and want it identical to the photo , please go to the original designer. Please keep in my that these are “inspirational photos”. We do not have access to their patterns.
