If you need a dress by a certain date , please order in a timely manner to ensure it arrives on time or contact us before placing your order; otherwise, we will ship your order according to the timeframe provided online. Unfortunately, once your order is submitted, changing the turnaround time is not possible.
Once the item ships, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please check the spam folder. Once the package is in USPS or FED EX possession we are no longer responsible for the package. Please use the tracking number to track your package . In the rare event that the item is lost ,stolen ,or delayed while in USPS or FEDEX possession , Meraki by Sherry is not held responsible. Please contact the shipping service for assistance.
Delivery Information
We strive to provide excellent service and deliver your items on time. However, once your order is shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by USPS, including but not limited to weather, holidays, or any other shipping-related delays.
If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly for updates or assistance. Refunds will not be issued for delays that are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
Customs Charges
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. How to cancel my order?
It may be possible to cancel an order within 3 hours of it being placed. Requests received within this timeframe will be processed free of charge. Please email us at info@merakibysherry.shop to request a cancellation.
