HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE MEASUREMENTS

 

OUT OF STATE CLIENTS 

There are 3 ways we conduct fittings for out of state clients . 

1. You can go to a local bridal shop to get measured . 

2. You can have a friend or family member take your measurements. Please follow the instructions down below . 

3. We can set up a FaceTime appointment . You will need measuring tape . You can purchase measuring tape for $3 at Walmart , Joanns , and Michaels. 

 

LOCALS 

We’re located in Los Angeles but based online . In-person consultations and fittings can take place in the comfort of your own home or an office near you only if you live within 40 miles of Los Angeles . Fees may apply . Please view our “ step by step “ page for more information .  In person fittings is NOT required . You can send measurements in . 

 PLEASE MEASURE EVERYTHING IN INCHES 

 WAIST

WRAP THE MEASURING TAPE AROUND YOUR TORSO, AT THE SMALLEST PART OF YOUR WAIST AS SHOWN BELOW. NOT WHERE YOUR JEANS BEGIN.

 HIPS

FULLEST PART AROUND YOUR BUTT AS SHOWN BELOW ( placed in the middle) 

 

BUST
Your bust measurement is your bra size. Fullest part around your breast

 

SHOULDER TO NATURAL WAIST ( USUALLY 1-2 INCHES ABOVE YOUR NAVEL)

 

WAIST TO KNEES ( right above knee )

 

ALSO: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR HEIGHT AND NECK MEASUREMENT. DO NOT ADD INCHES TO YOUR HEIGHT. I AUTOMATICALLY ADD THE APPROPRIATE INCHES. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
